If in doubt, have some balls and contact Helimax, RT, LL, Fenestron or The Bulb and ask them directly what's up.
Or even contact Y, the owner of the EC 135 what's up, as he is the employer of the ex STAR pilots, not Helimax...
Your "facts" are ungrounded, unlike the EC135 with VERY expensive mechanical maintenance due before it can fly again.
Thus, no EC135, no night service and therefore no requirement for "extra" pilots. All politics but not really to do with Helimax...
They are a helicopter management set-up, not a helicopter operator...
