Every time I answer a call bell I'm greeted with the same response...
"Hiya, everything OK?"
"Yes, thanks"
"You have your call light on"
"Oh really? Well I didn't press it"
"No Sir/Madam I realise that the gremlins did it but would you be a love and turn it off for me?!"
(Cue lots of huffing and puffing)
"Well how do I turn it off?"
"The same way you...SORRY...the gremlins turned it on"
