Argent three Palets Azure and a Bend Sable in chief a Pound Sign Or and in base a Torch bendwise fument Brown on the Bend Sol in Meridian Or and a Roundel Azure charged with Roundels Argent and Gules a Chief Vert and on the Chief a Sword fesswise in pale Argent hilted and pommelled Or.
Boulmer's torch going out... self explanatory. Pound sign dominating the image... self explanatory. Sun... first time FCs are likely to see it often. Sword... for cutting the working day to a minimum
