11000 Euro?>??? WOW that is crazy.How much have to pay for investing such money in type rating ?
Some one have to change the situation in Tanzania.It is a beatiful country and there is a lot of aviation business to do there .We need to take back our pride of to be a pilot and stand up and say NO at those air operator.We pilots are the source of money for them ,we do not have to risk any longer our life and reputation with low salary and unsafe airplane,we need to get back ours respect as pilots .SOON.
