Nice chief pilot, unfortunately they ask for Type raing on the Let 410 ,around 10.000$.How do they run the operation I do not know.

Low profile in organizations,very bad Safteyrecord(two engine failure in few months).owner of the Air Excel with poor attitude towards his workers.High turn over of pilots
Coastal
Low profile in organizations,everybody does were ever they want.Mangement with no acknolegment of aviation.Manager very histerical,and very unsecure person with a lot of conflicts and personals problems.Pilot work from 7 am to 10 pm.Very high turn over of pilots.Chief pilot not existant really.A lot politics.Not a place to be at all.Those reports are supported by first hand look and by also owner of others companies.Safety records not very high at all.
Tanzanair
Very nice enviroment,unfortunately pays goes with miges ,so chief gets all flights and pilots stay for long sit on the lounge room.
PS Some one say that if you pay the chief pilots you get to fly more ,but those are chats, I personaly can not conferm about it.
