The question is primarily to identify whether the Australian Governments social regulations on sex discrimination back in the 1970's and 80's had had an impact on female employment in a male dominant proffession. In some ways Affirmative action policies required by law have had the effect of reverse discrimination against males. Any numbers would be helpful, especially if they involve tech crew.
