Well seems to be no PPE willing to do recurrent ? What about a Check Airman , does anybody knows where I can find the list of Check Airmen ATR42 that are FAA certified . For sure AMERICAN EAGLE , FEDEX and CONTINENTAL EXPRESS have check airmen (ATR42).
