Hi everyone i have done and passed the advanced compass test and it goes something like this!

6 sections

CCT- Complex co-ordination task, test of hand/eye/foot co-ordination and scan rate measures input accuracy over3 identical runs of 2 mins each.
ATPL-30 questions set by line training captains same as the exam type questions
Mathematics-15 minute cockpit maths test of type made in flight speed/time/distance/ratios/quantity and interpolation of tables and graphs,no calculator allowed probably the hardest of all
Memory-6 minute test of memory and ability to chunk information
Orientation-10 minute test of instrument interperation/speed of comprehension and spacial awareness
Task Manager- three 2 minute test runs as a test of ability to scan the screen and manage and prioritise demands from an input task and monitoring task at the same time

hope this give u an insight into what is required,
bit of advice dont get hung up on one question or task especially on the time limited exercises as you are marked /scored accordingly so make sure u answer all the questions guess if you have to.Dont worry if this looks daunting if you stay calm and answer as best as you can you should be ok.

best of luck everyone,if i can get through it anyone can!
