lol, who cares where its measured
Just push the throttle forward until you make the needle line up with the red line
unless you have an EMS/EEC etc etc etc, in which case, just push the throttle(s) all the way forward! (and wait for your thermocouple to fail, and your EMS to kill the fuel supply..... sporty just after takeoff!)
