Whilst I agree entirely with your second paragraph, why should we resist if we are the ones that will be doing the driving? There is nothing that says that we can't. We are already close ot the lowest cost firstworld tech crew in the world. They can't base people O/S any cheaper and they probably wouldn't be able to get start up aircrew cheaper than what they have at the moment without a
HUGE ongoing outlay in dollars for training them etc.
This one isn't over by a long shot!! QF delayed their business forum for employees due to all the twists and turns going on at the moment!
