Is there anyone out there who can give me some information about how the Ciampino base is?

Is it possible to find a living for 2000 Euro a month that is OK for a two kid family.
How are schools? kindergarten?
English speaken schools? Prices, location etc
I am hoping that some nice soul is out there who is eager to assist me
