You need 100hours of JAA PIC. Whether this is the same as 100 hrs FAA PIC will depend upon the types of flights you have flown in the USA and how they were recorded.

For example, in the US, the lookout Co-pilot (if the PIC Pilot under the hood) could log the flight as PIC but not under JAA.

Therefore the yanks tend to end up with more PIC/P1 time than the Europeans.
I would go through your log book and look at all your entries, you may need to re-record the hours in a new book and get them signed off.

Hope it helps, but you need to consult 'lasors' as to what counts for JAA PIC hours, and you need 100 of them!
