You'd do well to heed George's advice. I too find myself with JAA CPL(H), ATPL(H) exams passed and an FAA(IR). I'd be thrilled to have the chance you've got before the i/v panel - surely nothing can get between you and the job if you play it cool and impress. The last thing you need to be doing now is sweating over the minor stuff. Divert your energies to learning everything you can about the company and practising your i/v technique.
