Stirring words, geordiejet, and I agree 100%. But you can only keep that pained grin plastered to your face if you ACCEPT that for the vast majority, trying to get into this industry as a pilot is a complete p1ss take.

Complete tosh. Do the maths. Not even 110% commitment can guarantee success when there is such over supply and therefore such a huge element of sheer luck involved.
