Agree with TG, MAN has become a right pain over the last couple of years. Shame really, because a lot of the staff are great (particularly BA). One word to describe my biggest complaint - baggage!
If you want a real laugh, try flying in to Turin during the ski season - even better, fly back to MAN!!
