EK reality
The simple reality about EK: manager paradise in a place with no rules and no protection; they know it and use it. They can do what they want and when they want!
The big change in the past few years is that they went from wanting to be the best in the business to make the most profit and still be the best. They don’t realise that you can’t be both. The result, drop in moral of the employees that reflects on the final product!
You want to come here, be ready to meet some of the greediest personage.
The flight ops, lead by our beloved leader, who probably does not know what a time zone is, leads the worst department I have yet seen, remember, if you want to come here, they can and will do what they want, when they want.
The rules changes daily, the only thing they do or think is how to cut more with out even looking in their own backyard for what is happening, just look at the amount of fuel being thrown overboard, and they have the guts to tell us that fuel is costing too much.
HR is taking over the control of the entire airline, now in total control of recruitment; good luck to all!!! A shrink hiring a pilot, what’s next?
You would think that they would wake up and smell the coffee. No, no, no, it would be admitting that they where wrong. It looks like they would ratter let the ship sink then admit that they made a mistake.
If you decide to come here, watch your back (like every one does here). Take every thing that you can of it before they take everything of you.
