Why would I need to fly low? the Home Office spend zillions of pounds of our tax money on buying Mr. Plod high-powered gyro stabilised cameras which can spot a litter lout at 2,000 metres, and lovely FLIR systems, too.
I would just lock on to my suspect, and cruise around safely at 3,000' AGL in my aerial panda car whilst my able assistant called up some ground units to arrest the felon. then back to base alive and well for tea and crumpets.
Why put my ass down there amongst the dumpsters? I'll leave that to the 50 hour PPLs, my friend!
