I find it hard to understand the reluctance to discuss Pay & conditions amongst cabin crew while Flight deck have a dedicated forum to discuss this see (
Terms and Endearment as an example. Further more you can see what any airline potentially pays pilots by viewing a site such as
PPJN. Also has info on working conditions, annual leave etc.
To give you an indication
Alexander H. British Airways qoute a starting yearly salary of GB£10,213 plus approximate monthly allowances of GB£500.00 per month. There are a number of other factors that can increase \ decrease this. From speaking to friends in BA you can earn a good income however you certainly work hard for it.
