It seems verging on dishonest, I mean, what does 'bankruptcy' mean?
In the US it means getting one up on your competitors (protection from creditors then a big reduction in debt on emergence from Chap 11) then a 50% chance of going back into Chap 11 within 18 – 24 months. As my companies major competitor will probably do very shortly if it is not broken up.
