Hey Oyindo, I think it must be mistaken identity......... otherwise you wouldn't have responded as churlishly as you did, you'd have understood what I meant by my knowing your sister. If that sounds Irish it is because Irish has a lot to do with it.
Are you guys looking only at the Basic pay without including flight pay and other extra's?
I have to disagree that high pay brings loyalty. It might bring pilots who can't afford to move on, who then get bitter at feeling trapped and become bored and disruptive. If you don't think that is so just look at the BA pilots, some of the best paid anywhere in the world but plenty of them are degree quality whingers.
