body size
I have always believed that discrimination in Cabin Crew recruitment was prevalent in the industry. I am not saying it always happens but I tend to think there are certain 'appearances' that some airlines favour particularly for airlines based in countries where such discrimination is acceptable in recruitment.
I haven't yet landed a cabin crew position in australia but after doing a few interviews I sometimes wonder if there is there is a 'too large' scale on body physique? I am starting to think that I may possibly be too big for a cabin crew position. I am 108kg and I work out 5 times a week because I am into bodybuilding. I am not huge but I think that I may need altered uniforms because I often have trouble finding clothes that fit me properly. Could my size be a problem?
