To be honest, Suki Girl, is 28 days leave actually that good when you bear in mind that you are rostered bank holidays? Take them away and it's only 20 days leave which is pretty much standard in the UK in any company.
Well, as Suki Girl said, if you all join the union and let them know how you feel hopefully they can thrash out a better deal for you. Don't forget they won the recent claim on behalf of the part-timers!
