1.Yes and no. You still need a MCC course under JAR regs, but can do it with your old license. Getting a JAR ticket, basically you take a course on how to read the JAR regs!. That should take care of that. If the company you work for are operating under JAR OPS, just get it transfered to JAR CPL! Check this out for more details http://www.slv.dk/publikationer/luft...ing/sld016.htm
2.I think the UK is like Denmark, now operating with JAR. You'll need 50 hours instrument time, of these 15 can be on simulator, 25 if the local CAA approves of the sim. Multiengine IR(H) is total 55 hours, 20 can be done on sim ( 30 depending on the sim and CAA approval ). Out of the 55 hours , 15 hours HAS TO BE on a multiengine aircraft.
3. Ratings....instrument, instructor and type ! The rest are certificats !! And you can use it in any JAA country
or EU member country

At the moment the Robinson is NOT approved for instrument training under JAR. At least that's what I'm told , so if anybody know if this is true or not, please pass any info on this.
Apparently a school in Norway is working on getting the R22 JAR approved for instrument training.
