NAVAL Air Station Culdrose learning how to operate the Sea King?? Nothing to do with the experience of rescues like the Orion oil rig - hovering
between the legs of the sticken rig on the rocks in a gale, etc., etc?
A worth-watching-programme, nonetheless, despite the "beard"! Sadly no mention of the Lynx as probably the most versatile anti-ship/sub offensive Naval helicopter ever operated from a small ship - quite superb in that role. Certainly helps to justify it's position in top 10, IMHO!
