Put simply, if anybody fails in an employment application for reasons other than merit, then they have a case. If you were not successful with your helicopter pilot application to CHC because you are a policeman, you are black or brindle,you have the wrong handshake, you are too old, or you mix with the wrong crowd then you have a case. Today any employer is most unwise to reject job applications out of hand and then employ a less qualified person. The govt. organisations policing this area are quite good. You should give them a try!
