They might be more unhappy with the bean counter who ordered them in the incorrect configs - but I understand everyone concerned got their bonus's anyway!
I think there is nothing wrong with the aircraft as such, I think they may not be doing what QF thought they could do, turn arounds are longer, they have a heap of 330s go U/S - which I suspect is still teething problems........ the 767 is doing a bit of filling in from all accounts.
Given time it will probably settle down - which is probably when they will offload them to Jetstar...!!!!
