A lot of pilots are basing there future on this meeting , but unfortunately I think that EK would rather park aircraft than be forced into changing there policies.
They always get lucky and with high oil prices another airline will fall and i think they would rather wait for this than spend another dirham.
"If you dont like it leave" , well lets see how it is when 100 or more go.
It will be the fault of the pilots leaving though not the management so things will not change.
Should have been the best aviation job on Earth , its a shame to see the greed bring it down.
