If we accept your position as stated....then...no foreign aid to the African continent is in order. Their corrupt and inept governments led to the situation they are facing then I guess. Mad Bob and his farmland exchange for example....thus all the starving folks there are not the world's concern according to your logic.
The Aids crisis in Africa again is not the World's problem....after all all the governments there had to do is issue condoms, enact laws forbidding unprotected sex and thus the Aids victims are on their own if we use your logic.
The refugees that are flocking to the UK....again...not the world's problems...afterall it was their government that let them down, right?
