Slightly worrying development for all us involved in maintenance in Europe and the US

I'm not suggesting their maintenance will be any better or worse than that done by Europeans or Americans but how on earth did they get all the trained staff to take on a contract like that? Will the airlines really reap the rewards or will they find you get what you pay for???
