Just an idea for those who like the technical aspects of rotorcraft and who would enjoy discussing and learning more about this subject.
The Idea:
A specific patent, which relates to rotorcraft, is selected and a thread is started on it. This patent or patent application can be viewed at <a href="http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html" target="_blank">http://www.uspto.gov/patft/index.html</A> . The participants then discuss the merits and/or limitations of the patent.
It might be fun and it's not a direct attack on an existing helicopter. Who knows, perhaps the inventor could be asked to participate. He might even come away with a better insight into his own patent.
