Thank you for the update. Depressing, but hardly surprising I suppose. If the RMT have received their fee, who exactly would they be acting for in bringing about a prosecution? Thus what incentive do they have to make this effort?
The former club's creditors would of course have an incentive. It seems no member considers themselves sufficiently out of pocket to pursue this. It is surprising however that the Airport Authority does not want to recover its landing fees or the IR their tax owed. Someone could suggest the Revenue are not acting in the public's interest by not pursuing their bad debtors for payment.
