£33, 000 for JAA and FAA???

Hi all;

I have Very Detailed Priced up what it would cost me to go to Naples Air Center and complete the JAA and FAA Career Pilot Course i have come up with the firgure £33,477, this is including all accomatdation, this price included everything except living expenses!

Is this me or this is cheap, in this you will gain the following;
