1) the FMS flight plan page can be scrolled as far as you have entered i.e. until the alternate which is at the end of the flight plan.....where else do you want to go?
2) once the second engine is up and running you lose access to the INIT SEC page so if you forgot to enter such things as ZFW then you won't be able to unless you return to the ramp and shut down
