I have heard a rumour that they are upgrading 767 FO's who have been here for less than 2 years while those of us who have been here longer but on other fleets get bypassed.
Most junior guy on the upgrade process now was hired in 1999. That is 6 years buddy. I have the seniority list in front of me. Fire your rumour provider and stop spreading lies.
You should be thankful to the company instead for not hiring DEC anymore. They are ugrading by fleet seniority and they follow the list. Wait for your turn and stop moaning. Go to the beach instead. it is nice and sunny outside.
