No, I think 340 due no Etops on GF 330's. Mind you, there is a non Etops route, on the sector to NBO. From there, the routing can be over Lilongwe (Malawi) and over Harare( Zimbabwe). Good long runways, with adequate facilities, both of them. i.e. ILS. Bit longer perhaps, but Etops not required, if we go that route. If Etops is a problem, then the 767 should do it.
