Good grief pinky...I have had a C185 at 17000....been up around 18500 in a Bn2...25000 in a turbo 206, 402 and a -300 Twotter....interesting that try as we might we couldn't get the Dash 7 to 25k..empty
I am fairly certain I don't hold the altitude record for Bn2s though.
