V1 = Vr, Balanced field???

Thank you for the good answer! So I´m right that it doesn´t make any sense to reduce the V1 on a long runway!

That´s interesting with the contaminated runway. But isn´t my acceleration due to the contamination slower i.e. my ASD get´s longer? Or is the drag of the contamination that great that I have a better braking action as on a dry runway?
