Bangkok Airways are looking for "Qualified Pilots" with commercial certificate and they're also looking for Captains(Nationals Only); I just can't figure out the difference between qualified pilots and Captains.
BTW, I'll take the opportunity to answer this question "why Thailand?" hmmmmmm, everything is so cheap in Thailand, I mean everything.
