Well one stage of the router setup asks for your ISP e-mail and password. Only thing is, for btinternet you never get a username and password as such as it's always on. Our email takes the format
[email protected] however?
I assume the ouput says the laptop is disconnected from the internet because the Ethernet cable is removed?
