My information is that they are looking both for FOs and Capts. Rating is a plus, but you also have your chances with lots of light/medium jet experience. Turboprop is a no go though.
Actually strange that they are hiring since they removed some destinations lately and some pilots are not flying more than 30-50 hrs per month. But there's still a flow towards SIA + Cargo, so they have to be replaced.
