Suck, squeeze, bang, fart is the Otto Cycle for Internal combustion engines.

Strictly speaking a gas turbine is Suck, squeeze, burn, blow.

Unless it surges and then it's Suck, squeeze, bangfart,burn, blow/fart/bang. In any order really.
