Does anyone have a copy of the definition of reorganisation as allegedly written by a Roman? Commander. IIRC it ends something along the lines soddim's post. If genuine it is as apt today as it was several hundred years ago. Must have a dig around my amusing anecdotes collection to see if I can find it!!
"We trained hard - but it seemed every time we were beginning to form up into teams we would be re-organised, I was to learn later in life that we tend to meet any new situation by re-organising, and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress, while producing confusion, inefficiency and demoralisation"
