hi people

Hey hairychest:

DGCA makes life tough for indian pilots trained abroad i know there are a quite number of Indian pilots working abroad but they dont want to come to India because of conversion headaches.i am sure if dgca becomes transparent these guys would love to come back to their country and fly.Well about me flying in India well thats the only option i got.Working in the country i train in all depends on the govt giving me a work visa which is not certain at all.So i have no choice but to come back to India and confront the DGCA.Hey i know its going to be a night mare hey but other pilots have done it before and come out of it unscathed so will i.

Hope DGCA gets revamped by the time i finish training.

And about expat pilots well the airlines are going to protective because considering the current shortage scenario they are not going to let them off that easily.Anyway all these expat pilots are capt no expat fos here and they are on a 1 year contract which may or may not be renewed considering the demand/supply situation at that time.
