The point is that on numerous occasions there have been far larger crew complements on LHR based crew aircraft than Australian based crew aircraft and then the company and vocal ones in LHR itself like Mr Doobee from the romper room base tell us that the feedback from the pax is great !!!
Well,if we had crew numbers like that our feedback would be great as well,in fact according to the company the LHR base was only one percentage point ahead with 3 and more crew on their aircraft.
With that many extra crew they should have been 10 to 15 % better.!!!I'm told that some of the flights had a crew complement up to 20 operating crew !!!
I would love to have an extra 2 or 3 crew on my flights to make not only the job easier but better service for the punters as well, but even with this assistance LHR crew still manage to forget a minor detail like a breakfast service !!!
Explain that one mr Doobee !!!
Of course the LHR base is a success ..about as much as the Charge of the Light Brigade
