The only time they have 7 thai crew and 18 is when the reserves are positioning to LHR for there reserve coverage and they work up.
After the new recruits finish training there will be no more need for Thai reserves.
Get your resume ready lowernob as the time is not too far away when the rubbish will be removed and the obsolete put out of there missery.
