The pax are unhappy = another round of BS by the little people who have no imput into running anything but trips to cosco.
The LHR base is not a finacial flop and has hammered every other base in customer satisfaction over the last 2 customer satisfaction surveys.
Please ask to see the results base by base.
I know because I work there and see the product and premium pax have never had it better. I can compare because I have worked out of LH SYD and LH LHR and can't see or hear from pax any major differances except for the weekly questions about the new eye candy thats onboard LHR flights. (yes business men are mostly dirty perv's ha ha)
Do you think the loads have something to do with a certain couple of bombs that have been around. BBC reported today imbound tourism and travel to the UK is down 30% this month with hotels having there lowest occupancy since 9/11.
Some major int. companys have cancelled all travel to the UK untill it is safer for executive travel.
I scoff at the total crap that flows from some of the posters on this forum with there small thinking.
Do you really think GD and LG are in danger of loosing there jobs ? Dixon was just in LHR to get an award from oneworld and the world airline assoc. for being one of the most successful CEO's in airline history and for his service to oneworld. The only way he will leave is when GE , Coles or Ford come with a much larger cheque book.

Does BA or Virgin Atlantic follow the 900 hrs per year rule in their rostering ? = no because most airlines have already been given dispensation, this came from the leader of UK fa's representitive yesterday Kevin Egan, so another pprune qf rumour blown outa the water.
Fact: Got a hand over ex SIN last week, had 42 pax in J/C transit. Got to LHR and went to hand back 40 jackets or coats.
All 40 had there coat tags changed around, both M/D and U/D so we had 40 jackets with the wrong coat tags swapped to make life difficult.
So this is the great customer service from my old mates in Aus ? The great service you think you provide ? Imagine the impact on our pax when we had to get discriptions of each pax garment. Yes this one was not going to be let go and there is a investigation taking place and the LHR managers are reporting the childish rubbish that AUS crew have been making a huge deal out of since LHR started.
Don't believe me, ask around the SYD L/H base a few people would be aware of it by now including the ars_holes that did it.
