Gulp!

One of the things I find interesting about this and a friend of mine's incident where he had the tail pylon come off a Puma at 4,000ft is that the huge CG shift does not make the aircraft completely uncontrolable in pitch.

I would have thought you would get a pitch down to near vertical and thereafter very little time to think up cool one-liners for your last transmision!
