JBM if you do know so much about aviation then you would know that oz qf longhaul crew is cheap, flexible and highly productive compared to our international competitors(sans third world countries, which i am quit sure dixon would like to have us). however we do have a very expensive, unproductive (and by that i mean as an individual you cant make a decision but as a committee you can decide nothing can be done), overstaffed management, compared again to our international competitors. just do your homework (not on company time please).
