Well I can only raise 16000 DHS a month ,no o/time.
Commands are only on 777, probably 4-5 years. There will still be 8 and 9 year F/os on the bus then, If you can handle this go for it or look long and hard at your present job it may not be that bad.
EK should be a good airline but at the moment its quite poor for F/os, I can only hope things change soon , i am actively seeking employment elsewhere..............
