What is an ops asst to one is an ops controller to another and by the way, where would an ops officer fit in?!????
Ops job titles in the UK (and I dare say most other places in the world too) aren't really worth the paper they're written on - ASSUMING you're lucky enough to have a job with a written contract!
So how to derive a yardstick whereby everyone can be singing from the same hymn book so to speak..... Back to the issue of formal qualifications in the ops environment - that old chestnut AGAIN!!!!
